Mikaela loves the outdoors, reading and travelling. A few days before Christmas in 2020, she discovered a lump on her neck. Several weeks later then 16-year-old Mikaela was diagnosed with adenoid cystic carcinoma.

Mikaela wished for a trip to Disney World and Give Kids the World Village in Florida; a magical place just for kids and teens with serious illnesses. There, each child and teen is treated like royalty and Christmas is celebrated once a week because tomorrow isn't promised. And so, this year at Hotel BLU Christmas has come early and we need your help to spread the holiday cheer.

Come take in the spectacular holiday display in our lobby and share the experience on social media. For every post we are tagged in with we will donate $1 towards Mikaela's very special wish. Our goal is $10,000 so we really need your help on this one.
