Heron colony update: the hatchlings have arrived! 🐣

During last week's survey, 5 fuzzy, grey juveniles were spotted. Tik-Tik-Tik sounds can be heard from below the colony, and cracked egg shells can be found on the ground below the nests.

35 eggs were also counted, so there will be many more hatchlings to come! 🩵
