What a wonderful day spent together at the beautiful Royal BC Museum!

On behalf of Les Clefs d'Or BC, I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire Royal BC Museum team for so graciously hosting our members and guests. A very special thank you to Samantha Rich, Director of Marketing & Business Development, for your incredible support in organizing today's meeting. From providing such a beautiful venue to the refreshments and admission to the museum exhibits, your generosity and hospitality made the day truly memorable.

The June BC Les Clefs d’Or Monthly Meeting was a wonderful gathering hosted by the HR Macmillan Space Centre and Vancouver Museum.

A heartfelt thank you goes to Lorraine Lowe, Executive Director of the HR MacMillan Space Centre; Brendan Brooks, Director of Operations & HR at the Museum of Vancouver; Rosa Garcia, Director of Visitor Experience, Partnerships & Volunteer Management at the HR MacMillan Space Centre; and Caitlyn Santos, Creative Director at Bellow, a creative ideas studio.

This month we welcomed the special guetss; Chef Chanty Yen, Co-Owner and Executive Chef of Touk Restaurant; Cindy Wang, Tourism Manager at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver Airport; Nicholas Unger, Chief of American Citizen Services at the U.S. Consulate General Vancouver; along with Jackie, Meghan, and Pablo from Big Bus Vancouver Westcoast Sightseeing; and Cian and Alberta from Discover Vancouver Tours. We truly appreciate each of you for joining us.

Our February meeting took place at Apres Skate Lounge .ice.rink, hosted by the Vancouver Hotel Destination Association and Inventa Group.

This time, we focused on emphasizing that lounge access is exclusive to our hotel guests and gathering feedback on ways to improve their experience. Attendees were divided into groups to discuss and present ideas, resulting in a productive session where everyone gained a clearer understanding of the concepts and objectives.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming Solgo Onsori, owner of Wish Dry Bar, who recently opened her beautiful shop inside the Fairmont Pacific Rim. She shared her passion and the story behind Wish Dry Bar.

This new format is designed to foster connections among new businesses, owners, and executive members, helping to expand networks and share insights about their ventures.

Still riding the inspiration from the incredible BC Les Clefs d’Or Annual Gala! ✨

What an honour it was to gather with so many esteemed colleagues and special guests at the beautiful Vancouver Art Gallery on December 2nd.

The evening was filled with warmth, camaraderie, and a deep pride in our profession. Hosting 140 distinguished attendees made the celebration even more meaningful. It was the perfect opportunity to reconnect, celebrate our shared achievements, and look ahead with excitement to what’s next. The stunning gallery setting provided an elegant backdrop that made the night truly unforgettable.

Feeling grateful for the privilege to be part of such a meaningful event.
