Professional Home Staging routinely yields a 5% increase in the selling price of a residential property – money that goes directly into the pocket of the home owner. The HOUSSE serves as a central resource for the Vancouver Island home staging, styling, and design community. Our warehouse spaces maintain the Island’s largest selection of rental inventory for use in home staging, set design, photography props and event planners, as selected by Josée Lalonde. Home staging and event rentals are available to the public, realtors, and members of the home staging and home design community, without membership. Industry professionals are welcome to purchase a membership to The HOUSSE to receive significant discounts and many additional privileges and benefits. With a membership, HOUSSE-approved artists may contribute artwork for rent by the community. With home staging finally taking a foothold in the Greater Victoria area, The HOUSSE is committed to the mutual support of our members in accordance with our motto, “What is good for all of us, is good for each of us.” We are dedicated to the promotion of the value of home staging through education of home owners and realtors.
