Working on some yummy new recipes for Spring at La Violette Bed and Breakfast! Savoury herb crepes topped roasted asparagus and radish drizzled with a lemon tahini dressing! And of course a poached egg - because that’s what makes it breakfast 😆

We got some homemade organic butter from my dear friends at Gerstgrasser Farm, and made Pumpkin Scones with it this weekend to serve with breakfast at the b&b. They were delicious! It was the last of the pumpkins from the cold storage too!
