Bakers Bungalows Bakers Bungalows offers hassle free lake life in the most amazing lake in all of the Prairies. All 44 cabins have been extensively renovated.

These cabins have highly functional Kitchens, full bathrooms, TV’s, BBQ's, and individual private decks. Our cabins have electric heat and A/C for those warm summer days or cool evenings. Bed linens, blankets, towels, dishes and cutlery supplied. There are several different size configurations: Studio Suite, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and Large 2 Bedroom to suit any families needs. There are endless rec

reational activities offered in Waskesiu and surrounding National Park. Swimming, relaxing on the Beach, Nature Trails, Tennis, Biking, Hiking, and Golfing just to name a few. Phenomenal Northern Pike, Walleye, and Trout fishing can be found in the many lakes within the park boundaries. Bakers Bungalows has been welcoming guests for over 40 years. We were fortunate enough to host the Bell family for a week. This group of nearly 30 absolutely made the most of their 8.5 hour drive from Alberta. Pontoon tours, pontoon rentals for fishing (apparently they limited out!) fishing off the shore at Baker’s Bunglaows from their SUP’s… actually catching a few walleye?! Tell us that ain’t magic! They set out on the Hanging Hearts Lakes & caught more even more walleye. They made sure make a reservation to eat supper at The Happy Campers & even hit up Lil Al’s mini golf.

We cherish all our guests but this family found a special place in our hearts by how they each enjoyed Waskesiu with fervour. We can’t wait to see the family Bell again!

Waskesiu Golf Course is taking extra caution with all due care & attention to their grounds this season. With a current forecast to open the course by May 29th, we’ve had a large golf group cancellation for this coming weekend.

All cabin types are an additional 10% off our Shoulder season rate plan. That’s 40% off our Standard rate plan from May 19th to May 26th. In addition to these great savings, we’ll gladly place a tank of propane in the BBQ on your deck. Just ask when you arrive.
