3:30 Pat Flood of the Grand River Quilt Project will share her adventure with us, then at 4:15 Adrienne Carter of the Quilt of Belonging will tell us how the quilt is doing! Join us!

🌟 Starting the New Year with Gratitude and Giving Back 🌟

We’re thrilled to share a heartfelt thank-you note from The Food Bank of Waterloo Region! This holiday season, our teams at Hampton Inn and Suites and Homewood Suites came together to run a food and fund drive, and with your incredible support, we’ve made a meaningful impact in our community.

💛 Here’s what we achieved together:

271 pounds of food donated
226 meals raised for people in need
The Food Bank shared how these contributions help fill inventory gaps, meet diverse dietary needs, keep delivery vehicles on the road, and support 54 organizations in the Community Food Assistance Network. Your generosity supports over 73,600 people in our region accessing food assistance, making a difference for the 1 in 10 households that struggle with food insecurity.

🙏 A huge thank you to our community, our guests, and our amazing team members who made this possible. Starting the new year with such an incredible act of kindness sets the tone for what we can achieve together in 2025. Let’s keep this momentum going and continue spreading hope throughout the year!
