🌟 Starting the New Year with Gratitude and Giving Back 🌟
We’re thrilled to share a heartfelt thank-you note from The Food Bank of Waterloo Region! This holiday season, our teams at Hampton Inn and Suites and Homewood Suites came together to run a food and fund drive, and with your incredible support, we’ve made a meaningful impact in our community.
💛 Here’s what we achieved together:
271 pounds of food donated
226 meals raised for people in need
The Food Bank shared how these contributions help fill inventory gaps, meet diverse dietary needs, keep delivery vehicles on the road, and support 54 organizations in the Community Food Assistance Network. Your generosity supports over 73,600 people in our region accessing food assistance, making a difference for the 1 in 10 households that struggle with food insecurity.
