Jameson’s work evolved following the Japanese philosophy of Wabi Sabi, an aesthetic and philosophical concept that finds beauty and serenity in imperfection, impermanence, and natural simplicity.

A new name, but the exact same fantastic vibe! ✨ We are so excited to officially reintroduce our on-site dining experience as B55 Restaurant & Bar (formerly Das Bar)! Check them out at B55 Bar and Grill

Why B55? It’s a nod to our home right here at 55 Benjamin Road. While our name has had a little refresh, you can still expect the same incredible culinary team, comforting menus, and cozy lounge atmosphere you’ve always loved.

Whether you are craving a juicy burger, or just a pint of local Stockyards Brewing draft b**r after a long day, your table is waiting. 🍻🍔

Come pull up a chair, grab a bite, and say cheers to this new chapter with us!
