Rooms 1,2, & 3--Queen bed, private half bath--sleeps 1-2
Suite 4--King AND double bed, private half bath--sleeps 1-4
Upper Level/Suite:
Use as 2 bedrooms or a suite--2 Queen beds and a single fold out cot--large bath with clawfoot tub. A window a/c unit in one bedroom keeps the entire upstairs cool and comfy the summer months!--sleeps 1-5
A comfortable inflatable Queen (that actually stays inflated) can be added to the primary bedroom on the 3rd floor or the common area or family suite at your request. A twin mattress can be added to any room--even a Queen--in a pinch, but you'll lose your walkin' around space. Private & spacious living & dining areas
