You will enter into a large living area with sofa and loveseat, television and tables. A large, fully equipped kitchen welcomes you as part of the open floor plan complete with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge and lots of cupboards. Off the kitchen is a lovely washroom that also includes a washer and dryer. There is also a bedroom on the main floor featuring a queen size bed right next door to a washroom--great for a senior. Off the sunroom is a deck equipped with chairs, table and BBQ. Step down from the deck and walk a few feet to the dock, or jump in for a swim. The lake is shallow--gradually becoming deeper. The upstairs of Lilac Shores features a stunning washroom that overlooks the lake.
