Fun venue fact about The Eddie PEC We have a late night speakeasy, Ruby’s Clubhouse, where the party can go on to 2am. It’s a cozy little soundproof room in the lower level of the barn where guests staying on the property, or guests with confirmed transportation/shuttles at the ready, can continue the celebration in our speakeasy. It’s a vibe and was featured in the The Tragically Hip video for Just one more offering available that allows you to have your wedding, your way, when you get married at The Eddie. What an incredible evening in the red barn with the Berliner Philharmoniker making their Canadian debut, presented by BIGLAKE Festival Such a beautiful evening listening to some of the greatest talents in classical music, perform a candle lit concert, to a captivated room. Thank you Elissa, Miquel and the big lake team of staff and volunteers for organizing such an unforgettable evening.

We get told all the time that staying at the Eddie, and visiting Prince Edward county, feels restorative.

Restorative practices, with spiritually likeminded people, around the equinox before the tougher Canadian winter months set in, all set against the back drop of a heritage waterfront farm, in the heart of Prince Edward County.

Yoga by the water, a registered message (with a tax receipt if you have benefits!), fire ceremony, lympathic drainage, and so much more.

🎄 The Red Barn Holiday Market returns- November 26–29, 2026 🎄

Our biggest market of the season is back, and this year, it’s bigger than ever. More vendors, a brand-new market area, and four days to sip, shop, and get in the festive spirit. 

Picture it: heritage barn doors flung open, tables brimming with handmade goods from local makers, the smell of something tasty in the air, and your whole holiday list waiting to be checked off — all in one beautiful spot in The County.

Skip the crowded malls this year. Start your holiday shopping with mulled wine, festive treats and finds that are one of a kind.

This year we will be open Thursday afternoon for eager shoppers and helpful elves to get an early start on your holiday shopping. With Santa visits on Thursday and Sunday, a bus service from Picton running part of the weekend and so much more, This years Red Barn Holiday Market is sure to be the biggest and best one yet.
