As interveners and clinicians working in trauma and abuse, it’s essential to prioritize self-care to prevent vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout. This week, the Boreal and Centre de prévention de la violence/ Violence Prevention Centre staff spent two days in nature at the Cedar Brook Landing River Lodge! Thank you to Françoise Roy from Solva Stratégie + Leadership for giving a significant and impactful workout shop on wellness and team building.

Hi everybody again looks like the weather changed again 15 to 25mm of rain on Saturday welcome to the Maritimes determined to have live music for this leaf run weekend it will be on Sunday October 13 2019 same time start 2pm to 6pm and same location Diane's Boat House have a safe boating day and there will be bbq food coffee tea and drinks.
