It’s with the most bittersweet and heavy hearted feelings that John and I announce that as of September 30, 2023; Kittiwake House B&B will close its doors. Our journey for the last nine years in the B&B industry has been an unforgettable experience for both of us, one that we have enjoyed immensely. We have met visitors far and wide, some of the most interesting people you would ever want to meet. But there comes a time when one has to refocus and change direction. What is it they say “when one door closes, another one opens”. Absolutely! The doors that await are many and we are looking forward to seeing what’s behind them. Let us take this opportunity to thank everybody who had a hand in making our B&B such a success, from the travelling public, our beautiful community residents, our business sector, Les, Mike and Barry for digging us out after several storms over the years, even Florence and Irene. We thank you all with our whole heart. We’re not going anywhere right now. We plan to stay and support our amazing community and we hope you will help us make it thrive. There’s a lot of good here in this community and we need to nurture it. Thank you all, once again, for your support over the last 9 years. Stay safe and healthy.
