Fresh and healthy new lunch options are now available each and every day at the brand new lunch bars at Blues, Casablanca and Pearl Restaurants. Brand new items include Red Quinoa Salads, Barley Salads, Spelt Salads (using spelt grain which is similar to wheat, nutty and sweet in flavor and a substitute for whole wheat flour), Lentil Pastas, and Rice Noodles.

“You’ll find something new to choose from each day, which now includes vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free foods,” explained Manny Slomovits, Lifestyle’s Corporate Director of Food and Beverage. “We are proud to bring you more options for the lifestyle you live.”
