Two nights, two cult classics, zero kids. Arts Whistler's The People's Film is doing Halloween properly this year.

October 28 is Scream, the 1996 slasher that rewrote the rules of horror movies. Watch it with a room full of people who all know exactly who's going to make a bad decision. Maybe let your phone go to voicemail that night.

October 29 is The Rocky Horror Picture Show, with ALGN Dance performing along to some of the film's most iconic songs. Costumes are not technically required but highly encouraged!

October is Whistler's quiet month, at least on paper. Lots is going on all month, including film festivals, runs, Friday w**e walks, and the last farmers' market of the year!

Stay in Creekside, and you get all of it within a short drive, plus a fireplace and a hot tub waiting at the end of the day. Go to everything or go to nothing. Both are valid.

The VIMFF World Tour is back at the Maury Young Arts Centre on October 8th (all ages) and October 16th (19+).

It's a hand-picked lineup of independent films about skiing, snowboarding, climbing and biking. But more importantly, it's about the people who do it and the communities that form around them

Make an evening of it and head back to Creekside after!
