Hi Everyone! The crews are busy getting the park ready and cleaned up! There is some more cold weather on the horizon but once it passes we should be able to start the process of turning the water on. Just a reminder that the taps for the water are exposed to the elements and will freeze and break in temperatures below zero for prolonged times. When the temperature is colder than -2 then things will break quickly. With forecasted temperatures at -4 on Sunday night and -6 on Monday night it is just too cold to turn on the water just yet.

Good Afternoon,

Great news! The black vertigate going from Woodside to the large parking lot is working. The bad news is it only works the one way. You can’t get back into Woodside. The fobs are not working yet. We will get that fixed soon. Enjoy the weekend!

Good Morning Everyone. Looking at the forecast for our area it looks like Sunday April 19th is the last day of negative temperatures! We will reassess the weather on Monday April 20th, but it is our hope that we can begin turning the water on at that time. It does take about a week to get everything up and running and that is providing there is no problems. We have to get the entire water system flushed and active along with all of the septic pumps and all of the bathrooms. To say that it is a big job is an understatement! But, after an extremely slow Spring we are hoping that we can get things as asap.

Stay tuned! We are working as fast as Mother Nature will allow....

Hi Everyone, if you are cleaning up your lots please bag the leaves. NO GARBAGE - Just leaves in a brown paper bag.

Please leave the bags on your site and we will collect them.

Please do not rake the leaves into a pile and leave it as they will blow and we can't drive the vacuum around with the roads closed.
