Moved to Yukon in 1976 and called this wonderful place "home." You will soon learn why. Your host, Pamela, along with Sadie, Katie and Pepper will make your visit enjoyable. The Vangorda Place B&B is located in the Riverdale subdivision, just off of the downtown area, over the Robert Campbell Bridge. The drive is 5-10 minutes by car, depending on the time of day, and a 20-30 minute walk depending
on whether you take the regular route to downtown, or explore the Millennium Trail along the river. The B&B has limited parking space. However, it does have 4 parking spaces available that fit average sized vehicles. Yukon offers Bell, Telus, Virgin Mobile cell services, only. If you need to upgrade your cell phone plan/service, you may wish to do so before you leave or you can purchase a cell phone while you are in Whitehorse, Yukon on your travels. There is a complimentary self-serve Continental Breakfast wich consists of Bread and bagels for toasting, cereal and various kinds of milk, juice, fruit, yogurt, Coffee, regular and herbal Teas in the dining room. The kitchen and barbecue are available for your use at any time as well as the wifi! I have three dogs: Sadie, Katie, and Pepper, the newest addition to the family! They just love all my B&B guests, and they are always looking for someone new to pet them! I hope that you are not allergic to dogs.
