We’ve got a little milestone to share from the Gate 🌿
Moon Gate is now a member of the Tourism Industry Association of Canada, and through that we’ve received READI certification—meaning we’re officially “export ready.”
In plain terms? It means what we’ve been building here—quietly, intentionally—is ready to welcome folks from beyond our local roads. Our systems are in place, our experiences are thoughtful and consistent, and what we offer holds up whether you’re coming from down the road or across the ocean.
But truthfully, nothing about this feels new to us.
Everything here has always been rooted in who we are and what we value. The accommodations, the wood-fired pizza nights, our Métis Kitchen Parties, Explore Like a Voyageur, plant walks, retreats, gatherings, shared meals—all of it has been shaped with care so people can arrive, settle in, and feel something real.
That “export ready” label just puts a name to what many of you have already experienced: good energy, meaningful connection, and space to breathe.
We’re proud of what’s growing here. And we’re grateful for every person who’s stepped through the gate and added to it. You know who you are.
