As the leaves change colour and fall settles in around the lake, we’re reminded of just how much we have to be thankful for.

We’re especially grateful for all the wonderful guests, friends, and families who have visited us this year. Whether you stayed for a night, spent your summer by the lake, or simply stopped by to say hello, thank you for being part of our resort family! ❤️

And yes, those are red leaves! 🍁😳 Apparently fall has decided it’s ready to make an appearance at McLeese Lake!

The mornings are getting a little crisper, the colours are starting to change, and it’s the perfect time for cozy cabin stays, campfires and quiet evenings by the lake. 🔥☕️

We have cabins, a few motel rooms and rv sites available for the weekend.

There’s still plenty of beautiful fall left to enjoy. 🍁🏕️❤️

A little reminder to look around before getting out of your vehicle to unload… unlike me, who did not. 😂

Needless to say, I jumped a little when this guy suddenly stood up to get a better look at me! Then I noticed another one hanging out in the branches and grass nearby. They blend in a lot better than you’d think.

So, learn from my experience — look before you unload! 👀🐻 If a bear is nearby, stay in your vehicle, give it plenty of space and let it move along.
