Dear Friends, Clients, and Community Members,

Over the past few weeks, our family and our business community have felt the profound loss of my husband, Rick Dunham. Rick dedicated his life to building businesses that were rooted in integrity, hard work, and a deep love for Windsor and the people who call it home.

I want to personally assure you that we will not be closing our doors. There will be no “for sale” signs going up. Rick worked tirelessly to build something meaningful, and I fully intend to continue the Dunham legacy through the businesses he cared so deeply about.

We are incredibly fortunate to have strong managers and officers in place across all our operations. They share Rick’s passion, commitment to quality, and dedication to our customers, guests, tenants, and community partners. Together, we will continue moving forward with the same energy and pride that Rick led with every day.

Thank you for your continued support, your kindness, and your trust. It means more to our family than you know.

It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Richard Dunham, our leader, mentor, and friend.

Rick's legacy as a believer in small business and community, and as someone who loved taking chances on people and their dreams, will not soon be forgotten.

Our thoughts rest with Debbie, Rebecca, Sarah and the entire Dunham Family, of whom Rick was so proud.

We ask for privacy and patience for the family as they mourn the loss of Rick.

Thank you, Rick, for everything you gave all of us. We will miss you.

As our 2025 season comes to a close, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to all of our guests for making this year so special. Your visits, conversations, and continued support mean so much to us and bring life to our historic inn each season.

The Clockmaker’s Inn will be closed from November 1, 2025 through March 1, 2026, as we take time to rest, refresh, and prepare for the year ahead.
