Khuya Limpia is a traditional Q'ero and Mayan healing technique for clearing heavy or stagnant energy from the Luminous Energy Field (LEF)—the energetic body that surrounds and informs your physical and emotional well-being.

In this ceremonial practice, two sacred stones (Khuyas) are gently passed over the body. These stones act as conduits and magnets, intuitively collecting unwanted energies such as stress, emotional residue, and energetic heaviness. Once the stones have gathered this energy, it is then released back into the universe to be transformed and recycled.

This Full Moon we invite you to open your heart to healing, new connections, and a more expansive version of your Self. Let go of negative and limiting opinions of yourself and outer restrictions, and embrace the freedom of your soul and the joy of divine love.

Take a moment to reflect:
What does freedom mean to you?
How can you support your growth?
What are you calling into your life this lunar cycle?
How can you support others to be free of suffering?

"For to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others." -Nelson Mandela

May you be free🙏

3rd Annual Bioenergetics Retreat - July 11-17th
Only one spot left!

Bioenergetic Analysis, developed by Alexander Lowen, is a form of body-oriented psychotherapy based on the understanding that the body and mind are inseparable. Lowen observed that our emotional history is held in patterns of tension, posture, breath, and movement. When feelings are repressed or unmetabolized—especially in early life—they become organized into chronic muscular contractions and character patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

Bioenergetic work uses grounding exercises, breath, expressive movement, and therapeutic dialogue to help release these patterns, restore vitality, and support a more authentic, feelingful, and embodied way of being.

A retreat that includes both group and individual Bioenergetic therapy offers a powerful container for this kind of change. In individual sessions, participants receive focused attention to their unique emotional history and bodily patterns, allowing for deep, personalized work. In the group, shared exercises and witnessing create a sense of connection, normalization, and support, helping participants feel less alone in their struggles.

The retreat setting, removed from daily pressures, allows the nervous system to settle and the body to open more fully to new experiences. Over several days, this combination of personal attention, communal process, and embodied practice can help participants release tension, deepen self-awareness, and return home with a greater sense of aliveness, grounding, and emotional freedom.
