POST & BEAM LODGE Situated in beautiful Zeballos, BC, the newly built Post and Beam Lodge stands out among the rest.

Although it was built in the latter half of 2010, the Post and Beam lodge carries with it a history that dates back to the early 20th century. During the gold rush in 1939, a hotel by the name of the Pioneer stood where the Post and Beam now stands. The Pioneer eventually became the Zeballos Hotel and was widely recognized for its peculur tree stump flooring. A fire in 2008 caused unrepairable dam

age to the old Zeballos Hotel and plans to reconstruct the building were made. This location has for a long time been the meeting place for loggers, fisherman and tourists alike and will continue to be the central attraction of this small history rich town. The new Post and Beam Lodge offers its guests modern comfort mixed with the nostalgia of rich history. Designed and operated by Wayne and Elyane Arnold, it is a must see in Zeballos, British Columbia.
