🍂 No flowers in bloom? In autumn our garden has other plans.

In our 14,000 m² park, autumn is when the green details take over: centuries-old trees, palms and this rosemary🌿, lush and generous, filling the air every time you brush past it!

Beautiful to look at, wonderful to smell, and yes: it often ends up in our kitchen, a few steps from where it grows 😋

🌿 Feel free to touch the leaves. That's the whole point.

🍁🍽️ Autumn has arrived on our restaurant dishes, too.

Our gastronomic season is open: a new menu, a new chef and the flavours we wait for all year: slow-cooked classics and regional ingredients treated with love 🫶

All of it served in our panoramic dining room, with Lake Maggiore doing the decorating 🤩

After 20 years behind the stoves at Collinetta, Chef Delio has decided to hang up his apron… but not before one last, epic duel armed with a ladle and a spoon! 🥄💥

The verdict? The pot officially passes into the hands of Chef Persyo, ready to carry on the tradition with the same heart and fresh new flavours. 😋

Thank you Delio, for every dish, every smile, and every flame lit in this kitchen. And welcome Persyo: the pot is yours, make it magic! ✨🍲
