Adorned with contemporary Swiss artworks, all rooms pay tribute to the history of the location, Swiss landscapes, and the journey of the river, from glaciers to the Mediterranean. Our outstanding restaurants and vibrant bar have made a significant contribution to Geneva’s dining scene. SACHI’s innovative design features stylish table seating for guests to share exquisite combinations of modern Japanese signature dishes by Chef Mitsu, trained by the master Nobu Matsuhisa. SACHI also features a Martini Bar and an intimate ten-seat Omakase Bar. Ottolenghi Geneva, inspired by London’s ROVI, celebrates vegetables from root to tip, with a fresh focus on fermentation and cooking over fire. The newly re-designed MO Bar offers a selection of signature cocktails and mocktails showcasing ingredients with international flavours, in a modern and elegant décor.
