We are happy to see our kitchen and our team recognised once again, and especially grateful for the words about Marco and the work of the whole team behind him.

For us, great cuisine is not about being complicated for the sake of it. It is about creating food that is delicious, creative and accessible, dishes that surprise, bring people together and, most importantly, make our guests want to come back again for another dinner.

A big thank you to our young chef Marco, his sous chef Giulia and the entire team in the kitchen and restaurant for their energy and commitment. And thank you, GaultMillau, for visiting us and sharing your thoughts.
