2. Eierpunsch: Hot alcoholic drink with egg yolk, vanilla, and cream
3. Bratapfel: Baked apple with jams
4. Steaksemmel: Bread roll with steak and onion
5. Malakoff: Swiss cheese ball
6. Schaumkussen: Chocolate-covered marshmallows and pancakes.
7. Foie gras roll: Bread roll with onion-sautée foie gras..

Hey Foodies! Do you know what is Malakoff?
This is a traditional dish in Switzerland which made from Gruyere cheese. It looks like a Cheese ball, but what made it special is that Malakoff is made from a small quantity of Swiss cherry brandy, and this famous street-food dish is proudly presented as a great Starter by our Chefs in Jolly Cow Restaurant at the Oxygen Hotel, Leysin which will be opened on December, 2022.
The Jolly Cow restaurant pledge to provide our future customers with Swiss homemade food which ingredients are selected from Swiss local businesses.

Have you planned anything for this weekend? You might want to consider Tobogganing Park, Leysin as a must-go destination during Winter in Switzerland!
Sit on an inner tube and race down the park’s various slopes - “snowtubing”: the craziest activity in the Vaudois Alps! Every year, Silvio Giobellina – Olympic medal winner and bobsleigh champion – and his team create increasingly thrilling slopes for the Tobogganing Park. After steeper and steeper slopes, there was the 360 degree turn and then the landing on a big air bag; this is looping!
