La Settimana del Gusto, from September 17th to September 27th, 2026 🍂

Join us on a journey through the landscapes, aromas, and traditions of the Locarno region and its valleys. Our experience begins in the heart of the forest, beneath a canopy of chestnut and hazel trees, before ascending to the alpine pastures, where the purest expressions of our land take shape. The journey then follows the shores of Lake Maggiore, embraced by the mountains that frame its waters, inviting you to pause beneath the vine-covered pergolas of a traditional grotto. It concludes among the vineyards of Ticino, where Merlot and Farina Bona pay homage to a heritage deeply rooted in the region.

Each course marks a new stage of this culinary journey, transforming the essence of the landscape, its ingredients, and its traditions into a refined expression of place. With every bite, we celebrate the identity, natural beauty, and enduring spirit of the Locarno region and its valleys.
