Any comments on how you handle those items? We've transitioned to Australia from the USA and now preparing for Switzerland. 5 months at each place. I've got some suggestions to share... anyone else??

Absolutely LOVE hosting through Airbnb. We won't host through any other company because we feel secure with our guests and property. While on sabbatical in 2019/2020 we are loving all of our Airbnb stays. So much easier that in the old days when we had to rent unfurnished houses and scrounge around for dishes and furniture. Now we land and go play!
