Meet Swisstouches Robert

Our new front office family member Robert can find his way to the elevator, program your floor number, find your room, call your room telephone and invite you to open his belly door and deliver your ordered items. Along the way, you can hear Robert saying “Please, don’t touch me I am busy” "Excuse me, can you make some space for me in the elevator?“ and other amusing communications.

Robert is for sure not as attractive as our other family members but he is loved by them, and guests love Robert too.

Swisstouches Congratulations to Dean Bernie Quinn (PFHEA)

HTMi International Academic Director Bernie Quinn was today recognized as a Principal Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (PFHEA). The recognition is of his own personal attainments against the ‘UK Professional Standards Framework for Teaching and Learning Support in Higher Education’.

Mr. Quinn has been working over a period now of some 15 years in transnational education provision and international partnership developments. He has worked from the UK to Europe in such countries as Switzerland, Italy, and Greece. His main sphere of operations, however, has been in South East Asia, mostly India, Nepal, and Singapore where he is based as Academic Dean for HTMi’s school in the city centre. He also represents HTMi academic interests in the Oceana region, Asia and the Middle East.

We at Swisstouches congratulate Bernie on this lifetime achievement and welcome him to Swisstouches as Principal Patron of the Swisstouches Academy HTMi Certified Training Centre.

HTMi Forms New Partnership with India’s Number One and Largest International University

HTMi and Sharda University, Noida, New Delhi are delighted to announce a wide-ranging partnership centered on offering thousands of students hospitality education in India, Switzerland, Singapore, and other global campuses. Sharda University has one of its largest campuses located in Noida, New Delhi, with over 90 student nationalities, and 225 different course specializations.

Swisstouches concept of “unique relaxation” reaches new heights with our latest concept invention for the hospitality industry. We are launching a Swiss Alpine Village on the roof of one of our hotels, where guests can enjoy Cheese and Chocolate Fondue, Swiss Food, BBQ, and the real atmosphere of a Village from the Swiss Alps, the home of Swisstouches, and there is more. After 2 years’ development work we will be serving our first guests in the coming weeks.
