We are located in the historic pedestrian city center and heart of Lugano. Easy to reach by car, train, bus/taxi or foot and especially nice to experience and discover all year round. The hotel offers several room types with a variety services including preference customizations that guests can request when booking. Via the web booking process, the guest can choose the type of pillow, blanket, room temperature, free minibar contents and many other details that will make their stay with us, unique and special.
