A day to reset, reconnect and rethink what it means to age well. 🤍

Together with Swiss Perfection, we recently welcomed The Beauty Reset to Fairmont Le Montreux Palace, a day dedicated to exploring longevity and wellbeing from a holistic perspective.

Set against the shores of Lake Geneva, the experience brought together movement, nutrition, skin health and recovery, with inspiring experts sharing their perspectives throughout the day.

From a morning Do-In session by the lake to conversations around longevity, a nourishing lunch and a skincare experience with Swiss Perfection, each moment was an invitation to slow down, reconnect and consider the many ways we can support our wellbeing over time.

A beautiful reminder that healthy ageing starts from within, and that taking care of ourselves can be a journey, not a destination.
