Our Story

An ecological connection. Located on Lake Brienz, Florens Lake Resort & Spa is 6.5 hectares large and has 800 metres of shoreline. The resort has 155 apartments most of it with a view of Lake Brienz and the stunning mountain landscape. The resort houses several restaurants, bars, swimming pools, wellness centres, Kids Club and a Coffee Shop. The apartments also have one underground parking spaces. The architectural style of the apartments bears a subtle reference to the traditional chalets of the Bernese Oberland while maintaining a sense of modernity and is fitted with contemporary comforts. Florens Lake Resort & Spa has an energy-neutral design and is constructed using ecofriendly materials making it innovative and sustainable. All of the apartments have a unique view of the lake. It is a great privilege to be able to build Florens Lake Resort & Spa in this magnificent location on Lake Brienz. This unique area is a testament to the power of nature, but also has its vulnerability. We are aware that this beautiful piece of nature is actually merely ‘on loan’ to us.
