d offering terraces open to the beautiful landscapes of the Pays-d'Enhaut and its peaks. Clear lines, large floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood walls, brown leather, noble materials, lights and tones used help to give a harmonious and soothing atmosphere. In terms of gastronomy, the restaurant "Le Roc" offers cuisine based on local and seasonal products, fine and close to nature. The elegant wooded room can accommodate 55 guests, in good weather, you will enjoy the terrace facing the castle, the alpine farms and the enchanting landscapes of the Swiss Alps. The cuisine, inventive tinted tradition, places a lot of emphasis on local and seasonal products. The Wine-Room is an exclusive place, an original concept of restoration in a wine library to taste the menus prepared especially by our Chef and accompanied by the best vintages. Soft leather sofas and armchairs in sober colors, as well as coffee tables, allow everyone to find themselves in a good atmosphere for a coffee, an aperitif before going to dinner, a good time around the crackling fire. On the Wellness side, the Nuxe Spa with heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a large gym is an invitation to relax. Mineral stones, large windows and fireplace, everything is brought together for a moment out of time. You benefit from a range of treatments, massages and relaxing moments to regain serenity thanks to a range of products of natural origin.
