A Successful St. Moritz Gourmet Festival Week!

The brought an inspiring week of culinary excellence, memorable encounters and exceptional teamwork to Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz.

We had the pleasure of welcoming acclaimed guest chef Joseph from who joined us for a series of exclusive culinary experiences. The festival began with the Opening Kitchen Party, followed by a Riesling Masterclass hosted by Smith, the daily St. Moritz Gourmet Safaris, t was also a great privilege to welcome Chef from for the Four Hands Dinner at Neora. Together with Chef Joseph, they created an outstanding dining experience that celebrated creativity, collaboration and the shared passion for exceptional cuisine and a memorable Gourmet Dinner showcasing Chef Joseph’s distinctive culinary style.

Throughout the week, our General Manager personally welcomed guests attending the Gourmet Safaris alongside our Executive Chef , Chef and the entire hotel team.

The success of this remarkable week was made possible by the dedication, professionalism and tireless commitment of our team members. From the culinary and service teams to everyone working behind the scenes, each colleague played an essential role in delivering these memorable experiences.

For this special Four Hands Dinner, Chef from in Seoul and Chef from in Monaco brought together their distinctive culinary styles, creativity and international expertise to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

The evening was made possible with the valuable support of Chef Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz and Chef from Waldhaus Sils, together with the dedication, precision and excellent collaboration of the entire kitchen and service team.
