Step inside our Pantry...

A closer look at some of our local suppliers, as our Chef, Gerwin Brand, takes us on a visit to just a few of them.

From dairy and cheese, all sourced from local laiteries who in turn, source their produce from local farmers. Our cheese selection changes regularly, with all cheeses being Swiss, and most coming from our local valley, Val de Bagnes.

We also source seasonal fruit locally where possible, including foraged produce from the Valais region, as well as honey from local beehives bees 🐝

And beyond that, so much more...
