Looking back on our Green Month, where sustainability took centre stage at the Schweizerhof Zermatt.

Guests and colleagues took part in something meaningful - from spa treatments booked in support of Game Rangers International and their Elephant Orphanage Project in Zambia, to our two signature cocktails, the Verdant Echo and its alcohol-free counterpart, the Verdant Zero, with all proceeds donated to the same cause.

The elephant is the symbol of Michel Reybier Hospitality, representing strength, grace and wisdom - and this Green Month, we were proud to help protect it.

Closer to home, our team gave back to the mountains themselves: two clean-up hikes through the trails around Zermatt Matterhorn , collecting 2 kg of waste, alongside 20 kg of clothing collected for donation.

Together with our rotating kitchen menu, weekly smoothies, and donation-based massages, our team and guests helped raise: 1,932 CHF for the Zambia Elephant Orphanage Project

Thank you to everyone who took part - proof that hospitality can be a platform for real impact.
