A family home converted into a bed and breakfast......Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing and the smell of freshly brewed Kenyan coffee!

Baobab Beach House Bed and Breakfast comprises of three colonial style homes which have been recently restored with lots of tender, love & care. Two of the houses sit adjacent to each other. The third house sits fifty meters apart connected by a sand stone path. There are eleven rooms in total. All rooms and common areas enjoy views of the tropical grounds and the turquoise Indian Ocean. Each of the houses has their individual style & décor. There is a humongous Baobab in the garden which we believe is over four hundred years old. It makes for a stunning focal point! Baobab Beach House is all about relaxed continental breakfasts, dips in the warm Indian Ocean, tanning on the sun beds and relaxing in one of our lounge areas.

There are eleven ocean view rooms to choose from. All of them are decorated with coastal pieces sourced from local artisans in the area. The beds have Egyptian cotton sheets which we bought off the Arab traders in Mombasa. All rooms are cooled by the ocean breeze, wall and stand up fans.

Being a bed and breakfast means that guests can choose from a variety of restaurants on the Diani strip to have lunches and dinners. Many of them are a short taxi or Tuk Tuk ride away. Our staff can organize the drivers to pick and drop you off to the house. Ali Barbour's Cave and Flamboyant restaurant are on our family estate and reachable by foot in less than half a minute.

Guests in Rooms 1 – 4 have a common fridge in the kitchen that can be used to store beverages. Rooms 5 – 11 have mini fridges in the rooms.
