We are a traditional hostel centrically located in Puerto Natales, and the facility is managed by its owners. We are economic, comfortable and affordable.

About Our Place

Our facility has 2, 3, 5 and 6 beds per room. All rooms and bathrooms are shared. Our guest has the option to get their own room with our low budget price base on availability. Please contact out staff to make proper arrangement prior to arrival. We charge our guest an economic price of $12.000 CLP (Chilean Pesos) + IVA (Chile national sales tax) or an equivalent of about $20.00

USD per day per person and this includes breakfast. Due to our budget price, we only accept cash in local currency. We have Cable television located in the common area. We have Free internet – WiFi available and an in house computer for our guest to use. We offer Free complimentary beverage on arrival, and Free use of the kitchen. Our kitchen hours is from 0800 in the morning to 2230 in the evening. We only ask our guest to please clean up after themselves after they are done so other guest can utilize the kitchen and other equipment. We have refrigerator, stove / oven and microwave oven for our guest to use to store and heat food. Our hostel has heating and we have 24 hours hot water available for our guests. We do have security cameras in the public areas for each and everyone’s security and peace of mind. We also offer laundry services and 24 hours Taxi service. Our reception hours is from 0800 in the morning to 2400 hours or midnight. Check – In time is at 1200 PM, and Check – Out time is at 1100 AM. Early and late arrivals are welcome, however please notify our staff prior to your arrival at our hostel. On arrival, if the main door happens to be close, please ring the doorbell and one of our staff will be expecting you. We provide linens, bed sheets, blankets and pillows however we do not provide towels. If you forget to bring something such as toiletries, towels, etc., please let our staff know. We do our best to make your stay with us comfortable and enjoyable. We value our guests rest time. We do encourage everyone to be back by midnight and to keep in mind that other guests are already sleeping.
