Hise is leaving Chengdu. He arrived in China in 2005, since 2008 in Chengdu. He made a mark in the live music and nightlife scene with opening MACHU PICCHU cafe in the Yulin area in 2008, soon to become the hotspot for Chinese and foreign acoustic musicians, beginners and experts alike. He then went on to open Machu Picchu 2 and was one of the cofounders of the infamous DOJO parties at his house in flowertown (the dirtiest House parties of Chengdu!). in the past 2 years he founded and managed BERLIN HAUS in the Soho Building in kehuabeilu, a coffeebar where he regularly organised the SHIFT A analog electronic music nights that brought many electronic musicians together. as a Synth freak himself he has performed concerts in WALNUT, TAIGA, NUSPACE, STEAM and BERLINHAUS.

Together for 13 years and married for 7 he and his wife and 5yr old daughter will move to the Netherlands this month for new adventures and a bit of clean air. This sunday,there is a twice cooked goodbye in steam hostel，good luck to our dear friend!
