Application property
● Due to its affinity for nylon fiber, during initial period of dyeing, it competes with anionic dye for the sites on the fiber, retarding dye absorption onto the fiber to achieve level dyeing.
● Promote dye migration during high temperature to effective reduce defects of weft barre and warp streak.
● Improve dye pe*******on to be uniform dyeing on fabrics. low-foaming.
● It is suitable for acid and neutral dyes on nylon, wool and their blends.

● It is specially used for the color fixing process of fabric as nylon, wool, silk and leather which dyed by anionic dyes (acid dye and metal complex dye). Fabric properties are greatly improved, such as soaping washing fastness, washing fastness, perspiration fastness, chlorine fastness.

Property:
It is an amphoteric surfactant, slightly cationic in acidic media while non-ionic in alkaline media. It owns a good solubility in water and polar organic solvents, but a poor solubility in non-polar organic solvents. It has excellent thickening, antistatic, soft, decontaminating and foam boosting performance. This product is low- irritant, can effectively reduce the irritation of anionic detergent, also has bactericidal, calcium soap dispersing, biodegradable characteristics. It is an excellent mild detergent, producing rich and stable foam.
Applications:
It is mainly used as pesticide fungicide, also used in shampoo to make hair gentle and agreeable, of rich luster and easy to comb.
Also applied in cleaning agents for tableware, bathrooms, hard surfaces such as building walls to endow them with thickening, low- irritating and synergistic effects.

- Confers polyester and its blends an easy decontamination and durable air & moisture
Permeability and accelerates moisture absorption and perspiration discharge speed.
- Negligible influence on shades.
- Prevents crease marks of polyester in one-bath dyeing and finishing in overflow dyeing machine, as well as confers bulky and soft hand feels.
- Especially suitable for fabrics as knitted sports wear, socks, etc.
Remarks: It may freeze at low temperature and should be heated to 40ºC before use. Donot stir while melting it.

HX-829 Acrylic Leveling Agent
Appearance: colorless to light yellow transparent and thick liquid.

Ionicity: cationic
PH value: 6-8
It is for dyeing acrylic fibers using cationic dyes with migrating and retarding effect. During the dyeing process, the leveling agent competes with the dye for sites on the fiber and is absorbed by the fiber more quickly. As the temperature of dye bath increases, the leveling agent go off the fiber surface gradually, and the dye goes onto the fiber uniformly in the first place. This agent tends to slow down the dye uptake of the fiber to achieve level dyeing. It can also be used as a softener and antistatic agent before acrylic textile processing as well as a sanitizer.

HX-856 Deforming Agent
Appearance of the product is white thick liquid, and it's non-toxic and non-corrosive and it can emulsify in the water.It is suitable for chemical, papermaking, coatings, printing and dyeing industries to be used in aqueous phase deforming.
With little dosage, its deforming speed is very fast and time for anti-foaming is long. It can be used in both normal temperature and high temperature (below 150ºC). Its dosage usually is 0.02%, dilute it with water 10 times or more, then stir evenly before use.
