We has 4 workshops, including bottle manufacturing, injection molding, mold developing and assembling. and there are 8 sets vertical bottle manufacturing machines in the workshop, including 4 sets of 12 head machine and 4 sets of 16 head machine. The 16 head double chuck machine is the most advanced tube glass bottles equipment in China. It can produce various tube glass with the diameter range from 7 mm to 30 mm. and height from 25 mm to 200 mm with different screw neck and crimp neck. It has 2 automatic random anneal furnaces and 1 centralized manual anneal furnace. It also has stress analyzer and vacuum test box which can inspect the bottles immediately. Its average daily output is 200,000 pcs. There are 8 sets of Haitian 100-300 grams injection molding machine in the workshop.It mainly produce PP,PE,SURLYN PC2000,ABS and other materials. The mainly products of them are inner cap and perfume cap which match with complete set of tube glass bottle. The injection molding workshop own CNC processing center, CNC lathe, CNC drilling machine and electrical impulses, thread cutting and other precision mould processing equipments.
