We have an amazing Bar / Latin American Seafood Restaurant - with vegetarian and vegan options - in front of the beach, where beers are always cold and good music is always playing. In case

you´re a good cooker, we have a guest kitchen where you can cook basic dishes! At Playa, backpackers from all over the world spend days chilling on the beach, playing volley and football, kayaking, doing yoga, going diving, tanning, and enjoying the most beautiful sunsets in the shade of our palm tree hut. Should the beach life become a bit too much hard work, you can easily go to Rodadero area (5 minutes by bus) or to Santa Marta’s downtown (15-20 minutes) where you can find supermarkets, cash points, shopping, restaurants, and nice bars...Thanks to our location, it´s easy to get to the different attractions such as Tayrona (1 hour and a half), Minca (1 hour), Lost City, Palomino (2 hours)...And we are just 15 minutes away from the Airport. If you are looking for a good place to relax, rest your feet, and have a cold beer, this is your place.

Ayer despedimos a una integrante de nuestra manada.

Coral se fue 🐾❤️‍🩹

Llegó a Playa del Ritmo hace cinco años, después de haber sido maltratada. Aquí encontró un lugar donde pudo sentirse segura y querida.

Era una perrita noble, respetuosa, protectora, leal y agradecida.

Amaba cavar huecos en la arena para refrescarse y acostarse en las sillas a descansar. Pequeñas cosas que vamos a extrañar muchísimo.

Nos duele saber que ya no estará aquí, pero agradecemos profundamente haber podido compartir este tiempo con ella.

Buen viaje, Coralita hermosa 🤍

Yesterday, we said goodbye to a member of our Manada del Ritmo.

Coral passed away 🐾❤️‍🩹

She came to Playa del Ritmo five years ago after being mistreated. Here, she found a place where she could feel safe and loved.

She was a gentle, respectful, protective, loyal, and grateful dog.

She loved digging holes in the sand to cool off and curling up on the chairs to rest. These are the little things we’re going to miss so much.

It hurts to know she won’t be here anymore, but we’re deeply grateful for the time we got to share with her.

Run free, sweet Coralita 🤍

You’ll always be one of us.
