TOMORROW AT BEAN JAMMING × DON JOACO ☕️🇨🇴

Tomorrow we’re opening our doors for a special day dedicated to coffee, community and Colombia.

☕️ OPEN COFFEE CUPPING — 15:00–19:00
Come taste, discover, talk coffee and join us for an open session with Foco & Benjamin.

And when the workday is over…

🍹 AFTER WORK — MOCKTAILS & BEER PARTY
Good drinks, good music, good people and a chance to hang out with the Vienna coffee community.

🇨🇴 And most importantly:
We’ll have a donation box at the event, and all proceeds from the day will go towards supporting people affected by the recent earthquake in Colombia.

No complicated plans. Just come by, bring a friend, have a coffee, grab a drink and be part of it.

Thank you to everyone who has written to us asking if our family and friends in Colombia are safed . We are ! Also we have many friends who are having a very difficult time . Despite we are wordless and still thinking how we can help we are going to open tomorrow Saturday ( bank holiday ) we will rise some funds ( at least 35% ) of our incomes and donate it to different campaigns . Come by and support us from 09:00 until 16:00

Don Joaco ist eine Hommage an meinen Großvater Joaquín, den Vater meines Vaters. Er war bereits in den 1970er-Jahren Kaffeebauer in Kolumbien. Seine Leidenschaft für Kaffee wurde über Generationen weitergegeben und bildet bis heute die Grundlage unserer Arbeit – vom Ursprung bis in die Tasse.

• Wir verstehen uns als Brücke zwischen den Kaffeefamilien Kolumbiens und den Kaffeeliebhabern in Österreich. Kolumbien besteht aus 32 Regionen, von denen 28 Kaffee anbauen. Dadurch gibt es das ganze Jahr über frische Ernten. Unser Ziel ist es, die Vielfalt dieser Regionen sichtbar zu machen – von klassischen gewaschenen Kaffees bis hin zu modernen experimentellen Aufbereitungen und so die unterschiedlichen Geschmacksprofile Kolumbiens nach Wien zu bringen

Just me — behind the bar, still a student of coffee.

Every day I step in thinking I understand a little more… and every day coffee reminds me how deep this world really is. That’s the beauty of it.

I learn from conversations, from mistakes, from curiosity — but above all, from the incredible coffee producers. They are the true teachers, the ones who give meaning to everything we do in the cup.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey, who has shared their knowledge, their energy, and their passion. This path wouldn’t be the same without you.
