The home has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, wireless internet, air conditioning in all bedrooms, TV, stereo hookup for an iPod, microwave, propane stove, comfortable furniture, and a large garage. The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet, with a supermarket and nice restaurants within walking distance. Most importantly the beach with a nice surf break is only 2 blocks away!!
