Wie booking.com unser kleines Hotel ruiniert

Seit zwei Wochen - seit dem 30. Mai 2024 - ist unser kleines Hotel auf booking.com gesperrt. Angeblich hatten wir eine Rechnung für die Kommission vom Februar 24 nicht bezahlt. Der Betrag wurde von uns aber zwei Tage nach Rechnungseingang im März überwiesen. Den Zahlungsbeleg haben wir in den vergangenen Monaten mehrfach an die Buchhaltung von booking.com sowie an die Hotline geschickt. Das Unternehmen nimmt dies aber offensichtlich nicht zur Kenntnis und hebt die Sperrung nicht auf. Unsere täglichen Anrufe bei der Hotline verliefen bisher erfolglos, unter anderem, weil die Hotline die Buchhaltung nicht direkt kontaktieren kann. Etwa anderthalb Jahre nach Eröffnung - mit einem Kundenrating von 9,9 nach 159 Bewertungen - treibt booking.com mutwillig unser Hotel in den Ruin.

How booking.com is ruining our small hotel

For two weeks - since May 30, 2024 - our small hotel has been blocked on booking.com. Allegedly, we had not paid an invoice for the commission from February 24. However, we transferred the amount two days after receiving the invoice in March. We have sent the payment receipt to booking.com's accounting department and the hotline several times over the past few months. However, the company has obviously not taken note of this and has not lifted the block. Our daily calls to the hotline have so far been unsuccessful, partly because the hotline cannot contact the accounting department directly. About a year and a half after opening - with a customer rating of 9.9 based on 159 reviews - booking.com is willfully driving our hotel to ruin.

Cómo booking.com está arruinando nuestro pequeño hotel

Durante quince días -desde el 30 de Mayo de 2024- nuestro pequeño hotel ha estado bloqueado en booking.com. Supuestamente, no habíamos pagado una factura por la comisión de Febrero 24. Sin embargo, transferimos el monto dos días después de recibir la factura en Marzo. Hemos enviado el recibo de pago al departamento de contabilidad de booking.com y a la línea directa varias veces en los últimos meses. Sin embargo, es evidente que la empresa no ha tomado nota y no ha cancelado el bloqueo. Nuestras llamadas diarias a la línea directa han sido infructuosas hasta ahora, en parte porque la línea directa no puede ponerse en contacto directamente con el departamento de contabilidad. Un año y medio después de su apertura -con una valoración de los clientes de 9,9 basada en 159 opiniones- booking.com está llevando voluntariamente nuestro hotel a la ruina.
