The first of 3 bridges to connect the migration path from the Tenorio volcano , across Hwy 6 to the Miravalles volcano is up ! Big thank you to wildlife biologist Nicholas Easley and Sueño Rio Celeste staff Wanner Morales Hernandez & Eduard Calderon Obando for this valiant effort 🫶🏻
This collaborative effort with Las Pumas Animal rescue, biologist Esther Pomereda, ICE electric company & Coope Guanacaste Electric which generously provided 2 of the bridges is our way to help the animal - human interaction to be most optimum to ensure safety for our local small mammals that need to cross by electric lines and across roads. More to come ……☺️🦥🐒🐿️🦡

Always look up! Our drive way is a wonderful part of the property to walk around, particularly at Night, we have seen everything from monkeys, porcupines, red-eyed tree frogs, snakes (in the trees) and more! Bring a good flashlight and always be on the lookout 🐒🇨🇷
