We are delighted to welcome Dan Siegel back to Blue Spirit this year as part of our Multi-Faculty Week, The Wisdom and Science of an Open Heart - Meditation, Interpersonal Neurobiology & the Nature of Awareness, Feb 6–13, 2027.
The heart can be both tender and strong. It can feel the weight of the world and still remain open - holding sorrow, beauty, courage, and love without turning away.
This week is devoted to discovering that capacity within ourselves. Our remarkable faculty lineup - Jack Kornfield, Lama Rod Owens, Terri Cole, Dan Siegel, Loch Kelly, Elissa Epel, Leslie Salmon Jones, Jeff W. Jones, and Stephan Rechtschaffen - brings together Buddhist contemplative wisdom, non-dual awareness, the science of stress and the nervous system, our understanding of how relationships shape the brain, and the embodied and ancestral work of movement, grief, and rest.
Contemplative, scientific, relational, and embodied - each path converges on the same truth: an open heart is not fragile. It is a profound source of wisdom, resilience, and connection.
Here, where land, ocean, jungle, and community meet, Blue Spirit offers the space to practice, reflect, and let growth unfold in its own time.
