This Valencia area is quite unique and is known for its its micro climate (which means it is warm all year around!) with an average of 17 degrees during winter months alone. The nearby salt lakes, along with the all year round warm temperatures, are popular with expats due to the health benefits. There are also several golf courses in the area for those enthusiasts and is an ideal base to reach these. You can use our home as a quiet time away or a more fun packed family break or base to explore the areas. Whatever your need our apartment is fully equipped for the all year round Spanish sun and hot temperatures. Facilities include:
- Large community swimming pool fenced as well for added safety for little ones and for privacy. This is Located just at the bottom of our steps leading to our 1st floor apartment.
- Gated residential with only 10 apartments, its own car park and gate video intercom link. Ideal for young kids as they cant wonder off.
- Large open roof terrace with glass balustrades and lights. This includes games area including full size table tennis table and sun lounging area with 6 sun loungers and pergola covered seating area (ideal for those night time drinks!)
- Day time views over Lake Laguna and night time views of the lake and distant coastal lights of Toreveja
-All rooms have patio doors with glass Juliet balcony, master bedroom & covered dinning balcony are directly overlooking the pool to watch those little ones play.
-There are two double bedrooms with fitted sliding wardrobes/ drawers and dressing table including hair dryer and hair straighteners.
-Sleeps 4 to 6 people with the double sofa bed.
-All rooms with air conditioning.
-All windows have electric black out shutters to help keep rooms cool when your away for the day with added manual privacy roller blinds.
-6 seating balcony area outside with steps leading to the roof terrace. All floors in the apartment are tiled with light colored modern ceramic tiles.
-2 modern bathrooms with sink storage units and mirrors.

Local bars and restaurants within 10 min walk are great with local cuisine and local entertainment. The main vibrant small modern Quesada town is only a short taxi away. This place really is set up for family's with many more family bars and restaurants. All set along a small strip and every night is busy. You won't go Hungary and you can try something new every day and still have more to choose from. There's also an indoor 10 pin bowling and games centre just off the strip, crazy golf, casino, takeaways, coffee shops & Bakery and other shops. There's also an outdoor water park approx 5 mins drive from the strip or you could try the new Zenia shopping mall (which shopaholics will love) which is only a 20 minute drive away. Moreover, it is only a 15 minute drive to Punta Prima and even MORE bars and restaurants and entertainment such as crazy golf, go karting, live music etc... the choice is endless! The sandy Guardamar beach is only a 10 minute drive away and the modern posh marina of Santa Pola is 20 minutes towards Alicante with new bars, shops and restaurants stretched along the beach and promenade. For the more adventurous and those who want as much as possible from their holiday then Benidorm and it's entertainment is only 1 hour 15 minute drive away along the coast with Aqua Natura (a new water park built in 2015- perfect for the children).
