I'll be living here as well so I'll be able to help you at anytime of the day or nigth, I can also help you with addresses, buses routes or anything you'll need help with. No lease required, short term or long term. Ideal for teachers, students, anyone wanting to spend some time in beautiful Costa Rica. House rules:

* Must be non-smokers, no drugs and non or ligth drinkers
* No visitors allowed to stay overnigth in the house
* Nice manners are very important in our house
* No pets allow

The house is located in San Joaquin de Flores, Heredia. Close enough to San Jose and Heredia to be convenient but far enough way to be safe and quite (close to bus routes). It's 15 minutes away from the airport and 1 hour away from the closest beach, 1 hour away to the Poas Volcano National Park and close to so many other beautiful places. It's quite, not noisy and very calm with beautiful view of the mountains and coffee plantations in front of the house. Fluent English and Spanish spoken!
