COMO LLEGAR: EN BUS DESDE EL AEROPUERTO EN SAN JOSE: Tome el bus publico en el centro de San Jose (1$) y desde ahi tome un taxi o puede caminar 20 minutos hasta la terminal de Tracopa (Calle 5, entre la avenida 18 y 20, San Jose), o puede tomar un taxi desde el aeropuerto hasta la terminal de Tracopa (20$). Los buses de la terminal de Tracopa desde San Jose hacia Golfito salen a las 7:00 a.m. y a las 3:30 p.m. (8 horas, 7590 colones) o puede tomar un bus hacia Rio Claro a las 10:15 a.m. (7 horas, 7200 colones) y en Rio Claro puede tomar un bus publico hacia Golfito (450 colones) o un taxi ($16) En Golfito: Cuando el bus de Tracopa llegue a Golfito, tome un taxi (1200 colones) hacia el kilometro 5 en el Hostal del Mar (conocido tambien como El Castillo). Si toma el bus publico desde Rio Claro, baje del bus en el Restaurante Las Gaviotas, y camine 600 metros por la carretera de lastre en el Kilometro 5 hasta el Hostal del Mar. DESDE EL AEROPUERTO EN SAN JOSE EN AVIONETA: Hay dos aerolineas (Sansa y Nature Air) que ofrecen vuelos diarios hacia Golfito, por un minimo de $100, donde podra apreciar una maravillosa vista del Golfo Dulce y del bosque lluvioso. Recomendamos reservar con anticipacion. HOW TO GET HERE: BY BUS FROM SAN JOSE AIRPORT: Take the public bus to the city center of San José (1$) and from there take a taxi or walk 20 minutes to Tracopa terminal (Calle 5, between avenida 18 and 20, San José) or take the taxi from the airport to the Tracopa bus terminal (20$). Buses from Tracopa bus terminal in San José to Golfito depart at 7:00 am and 3:30 pm (8 hours, 7590 Colones) or you can take the bus to Rio Claro at 10:15 am (7 hours, 7200 Colones) and from Rio Claro you can take the public bus to Golfito (450 Colones) or the taxi (16$). In Golfito: When the Tracopa bus arrives in Golfito take a taxi (1200 Colones) to kilometer 5 to Hostal del Mar (known as El Castillo) . Arriving with the public bus from Rio Claro jump off the bus at Las Gaviotas restaurant and walk 600 meters back along the sea to kilometer 5 to Hostal del Mar. BY PLANE FROM SAN JOSE AIRPORT: There are two airlines (Sansa and Nature Air) that offer daily flights to Golfito starting from 100$ with great view on the golfo dulce and the rainforest. Booking in advance is recommended.
