We offer for rent high quality, newly renovated condomunimums that are located in the heart of Jaco Beach, just a 1.5 block walk from the sand. Each condo features spacious, open living areas with vaulted beam ceilings throughout. There are full kitchens with custom built cabinetry, some with breakfast bars, granite countertops, full size refrigerators as well as four burner glass cooktops. The ki

tchens are completely stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal durning your stay. We offer one and two bedroom units with beds ranging in size from king to twin. The living rooms features a custom build sofas that easily convert to two single beds or makes a perfect place to lay back and relax while watching a movie on the 32” flat screen television. On each terrace you will find a outdoor dining table that seats four along with a colorful hammock, perfect for lounging the afternoon away in paradise! There is wireless internet throughout each of the condos. In addition there are board games, cards and books for your enjoyment. The units has custom, one of a kind artwork making for a unique and homey experience. The condo complex, Villas del Paraiso, is ideally located in downtown Jaco, just a 1.5 block walk to the beach. In addition, virtually everything is in walking distance from the condo, including many fantastic restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, banks, movie theater, souvenir shops and much more. Villas del Paraiso is a gated community with 24 hour security. Some of the other amenities that Villas del Paraiso offers are: private parking, two large swimming pools, two children’s pools, a jacuzzi and two large ranchos (covered pavilions) equipped with tables and chairs, perfect for having lunch poolside or for having an afternoon refreshment. Jaco Beach is a vibrant little beach town where everything is at your fingertips. Jaco features miles of beautiful beach, perfect for lounging around, taking sun, swimming and surfing. You will find quality restaurants with a variety of cuisine from around the world. If you need a little more adventure than just a day at the beach, there are many tourist attractions with-in thirty minutes drive including canopy tours (zip lines), hiking, horse back ridding (also on the beach), waterfalls, crocodile and mangrove tours, sports fishing, casinos and the beautiful Carara National Park. Just a bit further down the road (1 hour) you will find the most visited national park in Costa Rica, Manuel Antonio National Park. Want to take in a theatre production? Yes, Jaco even has a theatre, Teatro Jaco. The only thing you will need while visiting Jaco is more time!

We have made big progress on the newest unit in Jaco. The walls are plastered, the tile work is 95% complete, and the lighting is installed. This will the color will go on the walls and we will just wait for the cabinetry and furniture to be ready.
